CHECLIST FOR HAPPINESS

</>

Overwhelmed with social networks – where everyone is always happier, more successful or more beautiful, we live with the constant feeling of not being enough, as it becomes harder to appreciate what we already have. This series of images invites the viewer to look at how social networks have changed our perceptions of happiness, and how strongly they perpetuate feelings of unattainable joy. There’s always something in the way of us feeling worthy, happy, beautiful, successful or loved. It’s always one “thing” away. And when we finally get it, it doesn’t give the feeling we expected, so we strive for more and more, forgetting that all those feelings come from within ourselves.
